Pick-up and delivery of temperature-controlled freight, Work safely and maintain compliance with policies and procedures, Document information such as fuel usage, mileage driven using a logbook or electronic device, Conduct routine inspection of the truck, including vehicle systems and equipment, Communicate with Broder Official when dropping off freight in the U.S., Travel for extended periods of time.
As a driver you will:
- Pick-up and delivery of temperature-controlled freight
- Work safely and maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Document information such as fuel usage, mileage driven using a logbook or electronic device
- Conduct routine inspection of the truck, including vehicle systems and equipment
- Communicate with Border Official when dropping off freight in the U.S.
- Travel for extended periods of time.
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ / Class 1 license is required
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
- Two doses of a Government of Canada-accepted COVID-19 vaccine or a mix of 2 accepted vaccines or at least 1 dose of the Janssen / Johnson & Johnson vaccine 14 days prior to crossing the border
- Ability to travel into the US
- Comply with Hours of Service regulations and weights
- Ability to be away for extended periods
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Possess positive and team oriented attitude
