Position Profile:

• Edmonton City deliveries with intra-Alberta work as needed
• Sunday to Thursday 2100 to 2300 start, start time and shift length will vary
• Some days might be strictly city and intra-Alberta depending on customer requirements
• Some Driver loading and unloading as required (hand bomb freight). Must be able to lift 75 lb. or more
• Hours and days of work might change from time to time according to operational demands
• Operation of a power-jack with training required
• Additional work might be available upon request
• Edmonton City JPC contract applies

Candidate Profile:

• Open to owner-operators with tractor-trailer experience
• Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system
• Must have experience with reefer trailers
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to haul all commodities; including meat and alcohol
• Valid Class 1/AZ Licence is required
• Reliable, flexible and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
